A CommScope conquista vitória significativa contra Rosenberger
A CommScope, líder global em conectividade de rede, obteve uma vitória significativa em uma ação judicial contra a Rosenberger por apropriação indébita de segredos comerciais e outras condutas ilegais da antena para estação rádio base (BSA). O Tribunal Federal do Distrito de Nova Jersey ordenou que a Rosenberger pare de usar o software de BSA contendo segredos comerciais da CommScope, e a Rosenberger, desde então, retirou-se do mercado de BSAs no qual a CommScope afirma que a Rosenberger entrou usando o software apropriado indevidamente da CommScope. mais

CommScope Announces Sale of Remaining Shares of Common Stock Held by Affiliate of The Carlyle Group
CommScope Holding Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: COMM) has announced the sale of 19.716.970 shares of its common stock on an underwritten basis by an affiliate of The Carlyle Group. CommScope will not receive any of the proceeds from the offering of shares by Carlyle.
