Charles “Chuck” L. Treadway¹ ²

Mr. Treadway is president and chief executive officer of CommScope, a global leader in infrastructure solutions for communications networks. He previously served in several management and executive positions at Schneider Electric S.A., Prettl International, Inc. and Yale Security, Inc.
