Pedro Torres Martos is Director of Mobility Network Engineering for Global Strategic Accounts, CommScope. He joined CommScope in 2015 as the Director of Mobility Network Engineering for Global Strategic Accounts. Pedro provides his broad expertise to operators in Europe and South America regions and is also a CommScope speaker in public events for 5G and Wireless Networks’ evolution. Prior to CommScope, Pedro held several positions in Ericsson at R&D, System Engineering management and RAN CTO roles for Global customers. Pedro holds a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering with Honors from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid.

Raf Meersman is the CEO and co-owner of Comsof, a software company which has developed Comsof Fiber. Comsof Fiber is GIS-based automated planning and design software for FTTx deployment. Raf has over 20 years of experience in fibre optic planning and design software. He is currently project manager of the FTTH Global Alliance, which is doing a study on FTTH & 5G convergence.
